The ideal candidate is an intelligent individual who exhibits the ability to analyze situations and problem solve. He or she has excellent communication skills, team leadership skills, and confidence. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, willingness to relocate and a drive to advance their hospitality career. Ideal candidates are students in their junior/senior year of college or recent graduates.
A candidate can anticipate completing the manager in training program within 8 to 12 months. Training will occur at select service properties as well as full service properties with mentoring from our top performing general managers.

Candidates will be training at different hotels and they will be housed at the hotel they are training at. Accommodations are included in the training program however meals will be the responsibility of the individual candidate.
Upon successful completion of the Management Training Program, you will be considered for a Management position at one of our hotels. The goal of the program is to accelerate the growth of the candidate and prepare them for a management career with Linchris.
